Shanxi Zhongli Flange is a joint-stock system enterprise specialized in producing forged steel flanges and forgings. After many years of development and technical transformation, our annual production capacity now reaches 30,000 tons.
Offering Items in Various Types, Specifications and Standards
We have the ability to make flanges in various types and various specifications (DN15-7000) in domestic standard and standards of more than 10 countries as well as various forged steel flanges and forgings of different metallic materials and the pressure level has attained 3000LBS. Our excellent products are mainly used in petroleum refining, chemical, coal chemical, metallurgical and nuclear power industries.
Owning Advanced Facilities for Quality Assurance
We are located in Beiguan Industry Zone of Dingxiang County, which is about 100km to the north of Taiyuan City. We own a metal cutting workshop, a large-sized forging shop, large-sized heat treatment equipment, machining workshops, painting and packing workshops. Moreover, our physiochemical test center has advanced physiochemical testing equipment such as PDA-5500S spectrum analyzers, CTS-23 ultrasonic testers, WE-600B universal testers and JBDS-300B impact testers and has the ability to complete chemical analysis and mechanical property test on raw materials and products. Thus, we ensure the highest quality.
For your assurance, we have got ISO 9001:2008 certification. Furthermore, we have China special equipment manufacture license, class 1 network member license of China National Petrochemical Corp, material supplier member certificate, and AIP and HES certificates.
Our Other Achievements
In 2002, we have successfully designed and manufactured anchor flanges for high-pressure pipeline construction projects for oil and gas transmission. So far, these anchor flanges have been operating well in WEPP (West-to-East Pipeline Project) since 2003. Moreover, they have won two patents respectively in appearance design and new utility awarded by the State Intellectual Property Right Bureau.
In 2008, at the request of China Petrochemical Corp., our company once again manufactured alloy flanges for wellhead and natural gas purifying system of Puguang gas field, to substitute originally imported flanges, supplying in large quantity, so that foreign exchange was saved for our nation and our market space was expanded.
In recent years, all our products have performed well and were commented fine by customers. Therefore Zhongli was awarded “Best Supplier” title by China National Petroleum Corp.
